Dr. Christine Evans, Chief Scientist. Dr. Evans is the Chief Scientist at SFC Fluidics and responsible for the technical direction of the company. She has an extensive technical background in analytical measurements and is an expert in separation science. Her leadership strengths include the versatility and vision to integrate complex, multi-faceted systems into simple, robust devices. Dr. Abraham Lee, Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Lee is a co-inventor of the company’s MHD microfluidic patent licensed from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He is a professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine and is an expert in the development of integrated microfluidic platforms. Dr. Ingrid Fritsch, Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Fritsch is a co-inventor of the company’s MHD microfluidic patents licensed from the University of Arkansas. She is professor at the University of Arkansas and an expert in electrochemical analysis and the miniaturization of assay systems. Dr. Forrest Payne, Senior Scientist. Dr. Payne has a doctoral degree in Physics and a broad scientific background with strengths in magnetism, nanoparticles and optical detection techniques. Dr. Champak Das, Senior Engineer. Dr. Das has masters and doctoral degrees in Mechanical Engineering with special emphasis on microfluidic design and fabrication. Dr. Guochun Wang, Senior Engineer. Dr. Wang has a doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering and has extensive expertise in biological assays and miniaturized electrochemical detection.
